At Delta Cycle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
