Orders for accessories typically ship within 1-2 business days. For complete bicycles, please allow 3-5 business days for professional inspection and packing before dispatch.

Do your bicycles come fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include all necessary tools and a detailed setup guide.

What is your return policy for gear and components?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?

Each product page features a specific size chart. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inseam measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

Does Delta Cycle offer a warranty on frames?

Yes, all Delta Cycle frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against structural defects for the original owner. Components and paint are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
